1. Getting Started: Payment Terms

  • Deposit: Based on the proposed services, we begin with a deposit of [Insert Deposit Percentage or Amount]. This gets us geared up and reserves your spot in our creative schedule.
  • Final Payment: Once you’re happy with our work and give the final nod, the remaining balance will be due within 14 days of our final invoice. Easy!

2. Services Charged by the Hour

  • We offer flexibility with some services like extra content writing, photography, or video editing, billed hourly. Don’t worry—we’ll agree on rates upfront and keep a transparent log of hours that will be available anytime you want to see it.

3. Keeping Your Website Running: Web Hosting

  • After launching your site, it’ll live on a secure cloud server. Hosting is billed at £300 annually (subject to change of host site charges), a separate cost that covers everything needed to keep your site safe and sound. We also provide training,  to make sure you have everything you need to take over the care of your website. Saying that, you of course can contact us any time even after our work together is finished if you are having any trouble or just have a question! 

4. Need a Change? Additional Work

  • Plans change, and so might your needs. If you require significant tweaks or new features after launch, we’ll provide a quote and discuss it with you to make sure everything’s in line before proceeding.

7. Changing Plans: Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel, just let us know in writing at least [Specify Number] days ahead. Late cancellations might mean you lose your deposit, so please try to let us know as soon as you can if plans change.

8. Who Owns the Work: Intellectual Property

  • Once we’re all settled up, you own all the final graphics, designs, and content. We love showing off our projects, so we might feature our work for you in our portfolio and marketing materials.
